If they don't figure out what to do on there repairs soon, the Castle is going to Crumble.

They have been discontinuing a lot of old good machines too , and like you said refuse to work
on them now . And Whites Electronics who are staying the course with the best in customer service will become a strong world leader in sales if they are not already . And Tesoro who , sorry to say is out selling Garrett is probably in second place . Garrett , although they are very good metal
detectors , seems to be more focused on CSI, Airport and homeland security , more into the commercial end of the business . Others are welcome to comment here !!

My part of the country, most folk only know of Whites, cause they advertise on tv, so they buy one and put it in the closet, the folk never heard of Tesoro, or any other brand except Garrett which they saw at the airport security check, and there's very few dealers of any kind around here.
Minelab's -well Iv'e had several  of them, liked the way they worked, but they were always heavy, and I always sweated that something would break, was lucky,  didn' have no breakdowns tho, but with all the discontinuing,  MMMmmm ,  I just don't have a minelab of anykind anymore Wise

You'd think down here in Arizona more people would have heard of Tesoro, but even here it is a hidden gem.   I guess people figure unless it's got the bells and whistles and digital displays, it can't be a "real" detector  Smiley
