 Grin Grin Sorry mate but SA is one heck of a big country and a hell of a lot of Brits live here. OK now lets see do you have any experience in electronics have you build stuff before?  if not I do not recommend it to you as a first project. Is it expensive well I should think that with 300 Euro you could have it all together and still have some change left I would imagine that you will not have to much of a hard time to find all that you require in the UK 300 Euro may sound like a lot but when you add it all up with the bag, battery, parts,shaft and coil plus all the odds and ends that it would be about right.

Well actually I used the original schematics that are in the download area if you don't find them I will post them to you how ever there are some errors that I will have to warn you about when the time comes nothing serious just some typo's. I take it that your friend has an oscilloscope? it's not a must but it will help you other than that you need a soldering iron, side cutters (small) long nose pliers, solder pump, solder and a multi meter you will also have to drill the holes in the board so you must have a small drill on a stand that should just about do it.

@Ram

Have another look and you will see there are six controls I added one for the volume

hello xavier, yup! i reviewed the pics, i see it, its back to back controls, xavier, what file did u used for pcb? you have .lay file? if lay file, i want to have it if its okey to you. i have .lay file of dbp 2010 from other site but have errors and no module file. i have genuine dbp 2010 files from cornelius.

Ram

If you have the files from Cornelius then you have the correct file the PCB layout that I use is my modified version of the DBP2010 and I am not giving it out to you or any one else at least not till I have proven it's correct functionality.
