hi all thank you all for the help
i dont know if the ic's are wrong i used ne and not lm for the dual timer the 556 and for the  555 also i used both of them ne and for the transistors i dont use the wright amplification valeu i dont know i this can be helpfull to get a best dp
and also i used the tl062 and for the 4538 i dont found the same one i found the 14538 they told me that it works the same as 4538 i dont know if it is like that or no !!!!! Embarrassed

first of all thanks to you for your sit, but i cant get the data i wont
(the pcb of the progect and the lcd pcb) i dont know maybee you have to pay for the data,i see only pictures and other linkes but nothing to download only pic's and the pcb of the lcd that is uploaded to the dp forem defers from what i see in the site that you have mantioned it .
i will aske you  if you can  to send me the pcb and the lcd of the turkish dp
i will be thankfull to you

but i dident see the lcd pcb anywhere in the page
thanks for a second time but what i need is the original lcd drive that appiers in the picture below
i have downloaded a file named lcd driver 3 weeks ago but it was not as the original one
ok whatever thank you for your help

            1- must test r23~r26 4.7k toletace 0.1%.
            2- c30+c31+c32 =10000 uf/25v. it means c30=4700/25v,c31=4700/25v
             c32=4700/25 . thin total=3 x 4700 =` 14100 ~10000/25v or use 3 same
            type 4700uf/25v in parallel, or use one 10000uf/25v.

            3- adj.pr1  and dont touch. look to image.

look to this project this lcd driver is defrent from the other one
it has a button on it i dont know wht and the dp pcb also has two more control switch also i dont know why
can you pleas if you know tell me what are they and why there is two pcb and what is the defrence betwen the original dp which is (touch) key pad from the home made one

i dont find 0.1% tolarence but i find 1%tolerence
does this meters on the project ?
do they work fine ?
or i must install 0.1%?

                       r23,24,25,26 =4.7k tolerance 0.1%  exact value , 4.7k=4700 (+ or- 4.7ohm) ,now measuare any 4.7k if read 4.6k you can ad 100 ohm     

       the total 2 resestance =4600+100=4.7k
                              =4650+50 =4.7k
                              =4570+30 =4.7k   
            tolerance .1%= + or - 4.7ohm
