Hello Apocalypto . Look at the top picture for reference . Starting from the left is labeled [noise] which is P3 20K ohm and is the pulse-width or transmit power adjustment . The next one over is labeled [sens] it is P2 500K ohms and it is the timing range adjust for the second delay pulse start . The next one to the right is [Gain] which is P4 20K ohm which adjusts input signal to I.C. D5A [TL062] . The next one is the audio [Threshold] P-5 10K ohm . The last is [sound] or volume control we can call P6 which can be 100 ohms and is not shown on the schematic , and was added in series with R45 39 ohms.
The last photo shows typical timing pulses if you have an OSCILLOSCOPE !!
