I reckon I'm going to have to jot on down to the county courthouse on the morrow and see if I can find out who this here kilgore dude is and where he abides.  If it's this Texas outfit maybe they are pulling that trick that Homefire spoke of earlier.  We'll see come tomorrow.

If it's it's a tember lease and they made a acess road, it should be accessable.

I'd make a stink about it for sure.

Never seen those Yellow Gates here in New Mexico. Not Yet any ways.

Yeah it appears that I was mistaken but it still doesn't explain why some of these gates are across roads that go through a strip of land that is only about a hundred yards wide between the hiway and the river.  They can't log them because a state law says that they can't log within a specified distance of the hiway for esthetic reasons and they have to leave an unlogged corridor along all bodies of water.  They wouldn't get a full load of logs with what's left between those areas.
