I got the Wake Up Call about 1992 .    There's a pile of stuff to follow up on and all has to be ON TIME or Loose Nine!

LOL!

Short Cuts can be had if you know what your doing.

Gas, Oil, Heat, Car Mileage, Your Time can all be attributed toward site Maintenance and Improvements.

Here are the Indiana rules from DNR. Changed (in our favor) on Dec 3, 2009.
 I also talked on the phone with John Eggen who is the official from DNR who wrote the rules and told me that I didn't even need a dredge permit to work private or public property other than state forest lands as long as I was abiding by the rules and not cutting the banks badly.
