If this device works as adverted either the fella that is designer/builder is a saint or is one brick short of a full load.  When you look at price as opposed to abilities you'd say ain't no way it's too cheap to perform like they say.  It would seem to me that this fella is making a reputation instead of a big bank account.

What say you?

Unless you know every element in the matrix, specific gravity testing is really a waste of time and is most definitely inaccurate. All that the old timers ever used SG testing for was to tell IF there was a chance that gold existed in any given sample.

RR, that's only accurate if, and only if, the matrix is absolutely pure quartz. Any other mixture of rock in the matrix renders it useless.

The best way is to weigh the sample, crush it and smelt the gold out of the resulting powder. Heating the powder to the melting point of gold (1400F will do the job - a ceramic firing kiln will work) in a tapered retort will result in a very accurate measurement of the gold content at the price of ruining your sample. You weigh the gold slug at the base of the retort and you have your content. That is a very crude but effective fire assay of the matrix. If you have multiple samples of an ore, you can do the samples individually and mathematically determine the yield or you can mix them all together and estimate the amount of gold per ton of ore.

Matrix gold is just a form of gold ore rather than a pure nugget. Once you find out your average per ton, you can pretty much assume that all samples from the same area will have the same percentage yield per ton.

GD, Is that why they always use to crush the rocks with those big steam Hammers back in the 1800s
there is still one of them still standing in Queensland at and old mining town called Gympie, and they found
a new gold strike there in around 1988 - 1990, they town also has a bad habit of Gardens disappearing over night
and folks just finding great big holes there in the morning,

That's exactly why they use the big crushers. The rock powder left over is often seen piled up in a spooky kind of moon landing surface. If the matrix is the right composition, the left over powder can be used for making glass, concrete and other stuff. Down south, we have an aluminum (bauxite) mine with the heaps of powder residue in miles of inverted cones, solidified by rains. Next time I'm down there, I'll bring a camera.

They will be good to see, I have only ever seen bits of news footage of them but never in any detail.

Here is a link that covers Gravity, contents from rocks to Roman coins and it also gives percentiges
and many other charts with ratios etc, theres so much listed to take in In one go, but is the most coplex
one that i have found.

Again, Fire Assay is the best method to determine true values.
