Still waiting for my buddy to show up on a E Mail.

These areas shadded are known gold areas.

If you can find one in your area, you just need to figure out if it's claimed or Open to prospect.

Hey Kev2008, just go to Durango, Co. it is just a short trip from Farmington.  If you pm me and give me your phone number, I will contact you and maybe we can set something up.  I go to Farmington at least once every month or so for my work. You can also work the Rivers there in Farmington when the water level goes down (Animus, and San Juan) But you need to get permission from the landowners next to the rivers. Grin

I've found that if you even ask Claim owners most will give you a day pass.    Now days just asking has power.

I locate claim owners on LR2000 , contact them via Phone or even Letter.

I've asked more then a 100 times and can only remember being told NO about 10.

Don't bother with Commercial Mines. Cool

I agree with you Homefire, but people need to respect the act of kindness of the claim owner.

Most just ask for some form of Report of what was found and where.   Clean up the Trash that others left behind.

Take Photos of Before and After.

They love that stuff.

Your doing there work for them.

It just takes  a hour or so.

You WILL be invited back. Cool

It may even become a Partnership on a Crop Share basses.

Some of these Claims are owned by folks way out of State.

They have nothing to loose.
