Not what I said there GD.   You have always had to pay the set fee's to maintain your claim.

Yes. This new regulation DROPS the fees from $600 to $100.

I have two claims myself. One in California and one in Arizona.

Have you ever held a Claim?

I have two current claims - both leased.

How do you see them as dropping the Fees?

Are you special?

What are you talking about?

How did your chit go down in  fee's?

My first claim was back in 1990.

Since then the fee's have gone up.

Puppy Cock!   Your fee's did not go Down!   Show Me How so I can make mine do the same.

Small miners are getting Hit Big time.

Yes I have Holdings, and because of the current events I will not say what.

I will tell you there in New Mehico.

If you had Holdings here you too would be worried.

You should be looking at the New Rules And Law!

If you had a Claim, you too would be upset.

Do the math. $600 per year today. $100 per year later.

Besides, the poor chap was asking about GPAA claims in the area where he is to vacation. He wasn't looking for your doom and gloom commentary, which you gave him. You seem to be stuck on the negative recently. Are you all right?

Yes your Right!   I Jacked the Post.

Your still going to pay the price when your Lease runs out.

Just asking what the GPAA is going to do.

I my self don't have a assoiciated Claims.

Just a Single or more 20 Acer spot.

I can do the Small miner papers and Move some Rocks , Road work, Move Tree's to do my Improvement work.

Yes, that is a Fee!

I can Move 1 cubic yard of material with out doing a Plan of Operation.

A Plan of operation is simple enouph.   Just Four forms sent to the Right places. Wait 3 months for a Results.

The hard ones is to get through are the Water people.   Even if your 2000 yards from water they mess with you.

I don't have to worry about the lease because I hold it. Someone else leases the two claims from me. I own the land and the mineral/water rights. I pay $600 a year for the claim like everyone else does right now. Looking forward to when it drops to $100.

Just asking what the GPAA is going to do.

As always, I suggest you begin a brand new topic thread instead of shredding this one.

It's easy. You just start like this: "In a recent topic I was reading on the GPAA, something came to mind . . ."

We are currently having the fire of the century going on here in New Mexico. I dont see any areas closed this year as there is nothing left to burn. From what I read Arizona is much more tolerant and prospector friendly. Im new and soon will located what is available here down in Southern New Mexico.

Homefire, if you get set up and need company let me know. I like your style and your inventions. I have used a lot of what you have posted with good results. I am just getting into the hard work of it as my health returns.

I always envy GPAA and the clubs hunts up North In Albuquerque. People are very tight lipped in this area.

Hey Pull Tab, if you are in the Albuquerque area, send me a PM.  I belong to the local club and can take you to a claim for a day and let you see what is around.  I also have access to a couple of other places here in the Albuquerque are that might be interesting on the east side of the Sandia Mountains.  The claims that are in the San Pedro Mountains about 30 miles north east of Albuquerque.  The GOLD is there just need to do a lot of work to get it.  Having to redo my Drywasher, dropped it down a mountain side of a good area.

Hey Homefire, you used to know me as Casca, I had to re register. I live outside of Las Cruces. We are safe here, but cant say the same for Ruidoso.

Danny I may plan a trip up to ABQ as I have a brother there who also is interested in gold panning. I will keep you in mind. Having back issues I dont go fast, but would love to see your drywasher in action.

I am gearing up for this summer and will try to make a trip that way. My wife is going to Dallas for 4 days July 24th, so that may be a good date to shoot for. I should have my pans and new detector in and get through a couple sets of battery's by then.

Dennis knows me and is admin of a site I help mod. Things seem very slow in the treasure hunt forums.
