Hi People

Straight to the point; I would like to know what would be involved in opening or re-opening a Gold Mine in Victoria, Australia.

Steps Involved
Departments to Contact
Literature to read in staking a claim, License/s Involved and fees

any detailed information would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Start by finding and contacting the land user, claim (patent) holder and property title holder. You need to see if you can get permission before you go any further.

For those observing this, claims are called patents in Australia.

Oh, dear.

I can't tell if this is sarcasm or a genuine question. I'm a Yank but lived in Australia for a long time. As you know, Australia is a commonwealth and all land belongs to Queen and country which means you already found the owner. Good luck.

Interesting, we as researchers dig, dig, dig & find and reveal amazing truths. I was told once by a very old man " A Wise Man Doesn't always believe in what he is Told or Reads " & " Be-careful of the wolves in sheep's clothing ".

The ONLY Queen that come out of any royal family in England that would be respected and shown respect, would be a Real Queen, Queen Victoria, I hope God keeps her Soul safe and that she is blessed. She was the only Royal that cared deeply for the people of the Commonwealth, She was also responsible for overseeing and making amendments to the Australian Constitution. If she had lived, she would have made sure it would have been Ratified.

You Can't argue with documented Facts.

regards

So I was right. It was sarcasm. And it continues.
