All the miners and dredgers out there need to read this from Dave McCracken about the fight for mining in California. If the Department of Fish and Game win the reversal of their previous opinion, then all streams and rivers in California could and I guarantee will be affected. All States could be affected if they win, we need to fight this now. The fight he is going to be waging is in all our interest not just the New 49er's (
