Hey thanks a lot -- I dont really want to buy new and if I have to, I'll build what I need, but I'd rather find an older one that I can restore or reinvent into what I want.
Again, thanks

Sluices and high bankers are easy. Just look at a few and you will get the general idea.

I used to use craiglook.com but it met an ugly fate when craigslist forced them to shut their site down.  Cry
now I have a replacement.

Cheers

Sean

yeah i really liked craiglook it saved me a ton of time and a load of money when i picked up my new 5 inch subbie (I got it for $125 plus $100 shipping, the nozzle is about $200 from keene and the tube is $540 not counting shipping so i got a great deal.)

Ps: dont let anyone tell you that subbies dont get the gold because they do very well as long as you add expanded metal over the riffles to keep the big rocks from knocking the gold out.(the first day i used it i got over 2 grams of flake and fines and that was before i added miners moss)

I saw that dredge on there. That was a steal. I picked up my 5" triple sluice with tons of extra for 950. I just took the long rout on my way to boise to pick it up. I also got lots of other stuff that I didn't mind driving for. But this allofcraigs looks just as good!

Peace
Sean

i havnt had time to check it out much but it seems to work the same way.

yeah it was a steal for sure, i bet it wasnt used more than 2 or 3 times before i got it and its great for those hard to reach spots where it would be too hard to drag a regular dredge in or just for lazy days when i dont feel like dealing with a surface dredge.
