I have read material on other forms like this one, and hope that this one is better of keeping things updated the others.  I have found that to find properties to prospect on is time consuming when you have to go through government as well as Private information just to find anything.  Then you have to find who own the land and then to contact them.

welcome....and just what is it you expect from us----to tell you exactly where to dig and who to contact for permission?   Sorry, cjanoe55, but that's not likely to be on the menu here or anywhere else --- especially not on a site with global membership.

On the other hand, if you want tips on how to be a better dectectorist and on how you can find sites and the people that can give you permission on your own, then you might very well find what you are looking for here.
