I have heavily invested in a gold mining property in Virginia and need additional capital. Due diligence, core sampling and assays have determined that "unbelievable" free milling gold resources exist "close" to the surface under soft overburden. All of which is documented and available for inspection. Only serious inquiries with investment cash of 1.5 million readily available should respond. Investment of this amount will be warranteed with a sole lien on the property. This being the case; the risk is quite low due to the property value. Such warranty is readily provided due to our knowledge of the property's mineral value. Investment profits would be one third of net proceeds with a "guaranteed" investment return within two years. Anticipated returns should be approximately ten fold or better.
