Go Up Go Down

sorry on delay in getting back.  This was found at the site of the breastplate I previously put up.  It was a house site but the area was a union camp for a couple of days.  I thought I had something sweet - this was the biggest piece of old brass I've ever found.  Turns out it was the cover for a container that held water for heating via wood stove.  The shape is perfect for a US buckle.
