Had some friends from the Pecos Valley Adventure League out of Roswell NM visiting for the 1st time, and while digging around an old buried foundation one of their members uncovered a 14K plain gold band amongst other things. All of us had just met for the 1st time and they took me up on my offer to visit and I'd share one of my sites with them. This is just only the beginning of future finds.

I'm jealous tho because I haven't even found one yet! LOL

Hey Bugar

Do you ever use any glass "shards" from your finds in your stained glass works? Was wondering what to do with all the glass shards that I'm finding at this one site. Can't just toss it. There are some pretty pieces.

Any ideas?

That is a sizable ring!! That is a dandy find!! I'm hoping to find my first gold ring this year, once all the snow melts and the mud and rain dries. Grin

There are a bunch of other finds from that same day also found including a Silver Spur from the 1800's. To see these finds, go to my profile, then the website shown, then after my site opens, visit "Photos" then Larry's Treasure album. We really had a great day of finds.
