Hi teague1951,
just wondering what detector you used to find this and the piece of 8, and what detectors seem to produce finds on those beaches more so than others?

Thanks,
Jim

Great find!

Not much like that out in the Southwest deserts!

Now would be a good time to hit the beach after hurricane Irene passes through!

Yep for sure!    Best time I had at Satellite Beach was after a Tropical Storm.   Cut the beaches back 50ft 5ft down.

Two Hurricanes did a lot less.

I'm sure things are getting churned up alittle now, with the Hurrcane brewing and making its way onto Florida's outer shelf. (Maybe Irene would be nice to some of the brother T'hunters)

It's my luck I'm down in Orlando for a week and didn't bring any detector since I'll be flying back home in a few days, as I sure would have had a good time around Vero & Ft. Pierce.  Sad

Good luck to you guys down there!  Great

Jim

Every time I tell myself that I'm NOT driving to the treasure coast this weekend , I see something like this ! So , what's likely to be the most productive ? Sebastian ? Turtle Beach ? What do you all think ?
