Great Two centuries old champagne has been found near a shipwreck 180 ft down.
The wreck was found by Sweedish divers off the coast of Aaland, a chain of self governed Islands belonging to Finland.
The at bottles of at least 30, have been kept in ideal dark and cool conditions. Its thought the Champagne could be part of a consignment sent to the Tsar of Russia by king Louis XV1 just before the French revolution.
Provisionally ID as made in the period 1772-1789 by co that became known as Verve Clicquot
18th century champagne could fetch 50,000 euro / bottle , but if its Louis XV1 wine , it could fetch several million.  Cool
