This is an island North of Madagascar. I decided to post this map because there might be some interest in shipwreck and shipwreck locations . Next to this island is the Astove Island  which has an old galleon wreck that sunk there . If I can find the map of this island back I will post it to you .   Cornelius

Hi Cornelius. Good to see you here. Do you know of any specific shipwrecks around Aldabra Is?

Glad to meet you here Salvor . There is only one wreck on Aldabra . There is ( was ) a nice wreck on Astove Island  close to Aldabra . Maybe you remember  my post on the other net . My ,, friend,, salvaged two brass cannon from this wreck . Since he was working without a permit he could not investigate any further about what else was on this wreck . He sold the  cannon to a Chinese merchant in order to get some return for his time . He was so lucky that he did not get caught on the spot . I hope to hear more from you Pete .  Cornelius
