However, I have to download the Microsoft software to open the file on my Mac before I can review it though. Any chance you can create a pdf format?

Thanks for the list, Cornelius. For Aquanut, attached is a PDF file of the document. Note that at the end there was supposed to be a series of scans of documents included in the file but they were missing from the original Word document.
