 This gets more interesting every day.   Very pertinent to our business, this story.   This is why the government is so horrified about these secret cables getting released:  people can see how they really are, how they operate against American interests for their own personal gain...American diplomats/officials sold out an American salvage company to do a favor for a private individual in the interests of politics...they want to own everything anyone finds....don't let them...raise hell.

I read the link you provided....very thoroughly. Your link does not validate "American diplomats/officials sold out an American salvage company to do a favor for a private individual". That is an allegation made by Odyssey, and nobody else.

In my opinion....hell needs to be raised when people allow their emotions to be controlled by the media, and not follow through with their own fact-finding
