	Wreck Diving in Seneca Lake near Watkins Glen, NY « on: October 01, 2006, 04:35:37 PM »

well I just got back from 2 wreck dives in Seneca Lake near Watkins Glen, NY and was treated to 70 foot vis we explored 5 wooden canal barges and a 25 foot fiberglass fishing boat in depths from 30 to 85 ffw. Water was nice 57 on surface and 43 at depth, it was 2 awesome dives even though I didn't bring anything home but pictures... Cheesy

...Seeing those old wooden vessels some totally intact is the great thing about cold fresh water. I spent about a hour and a half in the water then we headed in to get lunch. What a great day... Cheesy
