This interesting object was found by me in Carpathians (West Ukraine). In opinion of the experts it that remained from a place of worship of pagans.gods. Is possible as place where brought a victim from Roman. Feature of this find - luminescence of circles at photographing by its digital camera. The digital camera is very sensitive to radiation.
