Basically it is supposed to relate to Yamashita treasure site, where several further signs have been found at varying depths including another stone at 12 feet with same 531 marked on it, the number is supposed to be significant, regarding contents? but I do not know what it means, hardened concrete has been penetrated also as hole dug deeper, site is in philippines.

maybe the treasure is buried at 531 meters. or 531 feet or 531 yds or 531 kilos or 531 grams etc on 531 inigo st davao city philippines.
