Tried out the Delta 4000 for the first time today..

I like the weight factor and the fact that I don't hear that "Ding-Ding" in my ears all during the hunting.
It did manage to sniff out some coins that were about 7-9 inches deep. Those were the ones I didn't find.
 I found the controls easy to use except that sometimes I put the sensitivity too high and the batt just drained.

Yep. It's not a bad machine,but I want to try out some other brands too. I might upgrade to a higher Technetics when it pays for itself.
