Not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes...

was doing some searching, poking around the web, and came across GRE(Gold Rush Expeditions) in Utah.
looks like a really cool group, and i was really interested in it.

Their MO is to find old mines, claims, and get them purchased by individuals, so as to protect them from being sealed up by govt agencies.

obviously Texas is not as much a mining state like Utah, but was just wondering if there were any similar groups in the area that I could look into, and may become involved with

thanks

Sounds like an interesting club.....it also sounds like one that would most likely be found in the trans-pecos....unless the club specialized in quarries instead of mines OR unless it was a bunch of Texans who purchased out of state mines.

i do share a lot of common interests with them, just thought i would check and see if any such thing was going on around here
Utah is a long drive!!
