Watching Cowboy movies Rider all my life, I used to dream about finding guns, ammo and other stuff dropped by the Cowboys.
You'd ought to find Lead Bullets, old Fencing Tools, Gold teeth, spur's along the edges of the Dry Wash's and where an old Corral might have been located at the foot of a Brushy hill.
Runnin Irons near a Creek in the woods. Bank loot in Canvass bags. Old headstones would be a good place to look too.
I think  your in a good area.

Thanks. I have only lived in Texas for three years so i am still not familiar with all the historic Locations, and i am new to metal detecting so i am not too familiar with the local regulations on it  Police last thing i want is to be fined for digging where i shouldn't be No no!
