This is a first pass on the laws list. I'll try to find more county park rules but they are scarce. At least with cities you have a back up on municodes. That is if they even have something.

I may even try another State. Maybe Louisiana after I feel good about Texas. One thing about it Homefire all you should have to do is cut and paste anything you need to the main post.  Trying to search for the counties will probably be my main push. Thing is there are a lot of counties here. Three I could not even find anything on so far. Dallas County was one of the ones referring to the TWPD and Natural Resources Code. One thing you may think about is just using the main Texas rules then having a link to the state pages for individual cities or counties.
