I have followed the directions of some of the better treasure hunters (land-based) and found them to be correct...I am relatively new at using metal detectors on the beach...but I am spending more time at it lately...Recently, my daughter and I found some nice iron ore near the sand dunes at Sebastian...near the old Chuck's Steakhouse location. Not sure if it's from the 1715 shipwrecks or not...Obviously washed up there by the last storms... Good hunting!
