Well folks..after 25 years of "searching"..I found my 1st 1/2 dime..It is worn real good
but you can make out the details  good..I was searching an old plowed field, the dime
was maybe 2-3 inches deep..My detector of choice is the Tesoro Lobo

Very nice half dime (and too bad more people don't know about Tesoros---or maybe it's a good thing since it helps keep the price down when you can find a used one)

Yeah I am 40 years hunting and I have not found one. Nice find

I have never owned or used a Tesoro  but think I need to start looking at them a little harder

 Detecting  Well, I Used Garrett Machines Forever..Then I Changed Over To Tesoro..Simply Because
They Have A Lifetime Warranty..Send Something To Garrett & They Will Tell You "Too Bad So Sad"

Yeah I know I have used Garrett forever myself and stopped a long time ago trying to get Garrett to repair them. I lost my sea hunter a few months ago and thinking about a Tesoros  water detector to replace it, guess I need to ask around.
