Don't I know it!  I broke my heel at the end of June.  Just got the air boot off about 3 weeks ago.  I've only been out a couple of times with my detector because the ankle is very stiff and pretty painful yet.  But it was good to get out!   Detecting

Wow,i am sorry to hear that glad your feeling better and out in the fresh air. I tripped over a vine and landed on top of my detector,broke my  detector in half and had to limp out of the woods very slowly.was down for a while but just bruised it badly. At the time I was more upset about the detector than the hip. lol here is some more things that i pulled from my train site.

Interesting stuff!  Thanks for showing  your finds. 

Been looking forward to getting out with my detector all summer long...   now the weather is changing to cold.  At 8:45 am PDT it is below freezing here in N.E. OregonI  I don't do cold weather well anymore!

Did you get you detector repaired or did you get a new one?  Great new finds to you!   Detecting

10-4 on the cold weather, I moved to Florida just could not take the snow and cold anymore. I didn't have the cash on hand to buy a new one soooo, I repaired my baby.  Now don't laugh to hard when you look at the pics, but she is still working like a clock.
