Go Up Go Down

Greetings... just got back from some appendix surgery. Have had a few hours at the farm. Picked up an old door lock, some bullets, a couple of 30-06 Springfield casings, an old metal ashtray. The original owners must have used one area as a dump.  I noticed that the casings were bent at the end... never seen that before... like the shooter took the time to do that doesnt make sense to me... anyone ever see it before?

Br. Al

Over the years I've found quite a lot of casing bent up like that in all kinds of places.  Never detected on a firing range, though.    Detecting

I'll say a lot of diggings... soon you'll be able to sell for the scrap value.
Thx
Al

Yes that's a lot of digging, the reason for such a back breaking task is the military badges that are also there for every 1000 casings I do get a badge big problem is casings and badges give the same responce.
Scrap man loves me and he will take as many as I bring over the years I have taken at least 50,000 the 3 buckets got me $75 "gas money"  and I do find places where machine gun practice took place there I get pails of cases all in one spot.........HH........Johnnn

You just made me think; speaking of money I still have every penny I ever dug up and that will make an interesting winter project the only problem is getting them clean.......HH....Johnnn
