Just to make sure that I did a thorough search the other day, I returned to the apricot orchard down the street. This time I decided to scan under the tree limbs (a little more difficult ducking my head low enough).  However, it paid off with an 1854  five centime coin and what appears to be a 1792 king Louis XVI silver Sol coin (about the size between a quarter and half-dollar). Wish I could say that it was in good shape but no, it was not. I could not read a date on it but there were just enough markings that could distinguish this coin. A research of the internet revealed these coins were dated only in 1792 and 1793  because ole king Louie lost his head in 1794... Interesting reading. I didn't realize he was only 15 when he married his 14 yr old bride,  queen Marie Antoinette of "let them eat cake" fame. Both ended with the same fate....Coloma Gold
