Go Up Go Down

Had called Navy Davy , our local "Button Hole Specialist" early this morning and we decided that it was too hot to go a digging.  Spent the day calling the home office seeing if a permanent spot for my talents was found yet.  Detail 85  (spare board) had no work so Hunny Bunny and I did the dew in Donna May hitting a few hot spot shopping spots.  Oh joy.  Nice to spend quality time with her and build up brownie points for future outings.

After a gourmet meal prepared by my better half she went to get her hair done and I to get my fix a digging after taking the pain meds.  Ended up at the button hole.......the Freedom 3 Plus was a humming even though the bottom of the lake looked like no man's land at the  Somme during WW1 with all the craters.  Must admit we have been lax when it comes to filling holes in the bottom of an emptied lake...shame on us....not!  Anyway here is the finds.

To be honest I would rather dig dinkies then buttons but one has to take what is offered.

Sky this evening is like a pinkish red which reminds me of the pink lemonade and gin I'm sipping on!

The phrase "From the land of the Bluenose" has been put to rest save for Facebook as Marie uses mine!
