I bought my very first MD yesterday - an Garrett AT Pro.
I spent a couple hours with it today at a infrequently travelled New Brunswick salt water beach and found a few coins:
1 loonie
2 dimes (1 US & 1 Canada)
1 nickel
9 pennies
1 Trinidad and Tobago 5 cents (strange for a Canadian shore)

Nothing special but for my first day out it was an enjoyable time and can see it becoming quite addictive.
