Hello. Im new to hunting. Found a few things today. 1954 silver dime, very nice. 1881 Indian head penny. the most interesting find is a button. Very heavy for it's size. On the back where the part you would sew it to clothing is it says, orange coulour. The front has what appears to be crosses or four leaf clovers on it. Looks like copper maybe?Huh? Don't know. It is very heavy for it's size. Any help appreciated. This is a very neat thing to get into. Using a Whites coinmaster. The button was down about 5".
I will post pictures in the morning.
How do you post pictures?Huh?

( a member found a similar button last month.   The referenced post has the answers he got on it).

As for posting pictures, here's some direction (the number one problem people have is they try to post pictures that are too large---but don't go to the other exteme either  Wink ):

It's easy to upload pictures. First, they must be less than 1Mbyte in size. That means you have to be mindful of the size of your image. As BA says, be sure not to make them too small or else nobody can see them properly.

To upload a picture use the Reply button over the post rather than the quick reply at the bottom. When you do, you will see 4 address bars with buttons below the white reply area. Those have a Browse button to their right side which allows you to browse on your computer and select the picture to upload. When you have up to 4 pictures, you can upload them or use the (more attachments) feature to add a few more. When done, the Post button will upload all of the ones you have selected and also post your text.

I am attaching a really nifty program here which will allow you to bulk shrink any or all of your photos. This program is one that I own the rights to so you may assume it is a gift to you from this forum. It's Windows based and does not need to be installed. It runs as a stand alone program from your desktop or anywhere else where you put it.
