These are in such bad dug condition it is impossible to read them.  It is my understanding that Axis soldiers would wear this type of identification.  If a soldier was killed someone would take half the dogtag and the other similar half would stay with the body.

If you rub baby powder into the letters it will show up better.
If you can do that and repost photos, I may be able to help a bit..I can understand some units, but these ID tags are not named like American ones..they list the unit and Soldiers number.
I understand that you may be able to get info on these Soldiers from the German Military archives.

The upper dogtag is from:

Stab / Kradsch?tzen Ersatz Bataillon 55
(Staff of motorcyclist replacement bataillon 55)

Here are some infos about the unit. (Sorry, only in german)

Kradsch?tzen-Ersatz-Bataillon 55

1. Aufstellung:

* 1.12.1940 in G?rlitz, Wehrkreis VIII, 1941 in Hirschberg/Riesengebirge; 8.10.1942 geteilt und
10.4.1943 wiedervereinigt als Kradsch?tzen-Ersatz- und Ausbildungs-Bataillon 55; Panzer-Aufkl?rungs-Ersatz- und Ausbildungs-Abteilung 55, Hirschberg, am 24.4.1943 (November 1944 Ersatz-Abteilung in Sondershausen; Ausbildungs-Abteilung in Spremberg); stellte Februar 1945 die Panzer-Aufkl?rungs-Abteilung Hirschberg auf; die Ausbildungs-Abteilung Januar 1945 im gem. Panzer-Verband Stegmann; April 1945 abermals im Panzer-Ausbildungs-Verband B?hmen mobil.

2. Unterstellung:

Division 178 (motorisiert)

I can`t read the other dogtag.

Seems to be: Huh?/ Ersatz Kompanie I./131

That means, that it is the Huh? companie of I.st bataillon in the Infanterie Ersatz regiment 131.

Here are the infos for the regiment:

Infanterie-Ersatz-Regiment 131

* 15.1.1940 in Wien-Strebersdorf, Wehrkreis XVII; 1.8. 1941 nach Br?nn verlegt (Protektorat);
Grenadier-Ersatz-Regiment 131 am 7.11.1942; 1943 Grenadier-Ersatz- und Ausbildungs-Regiment;
die Regimentseinheiten wurden am 30.1.1945 in einem schweren Bataillon 131 zusammengefa?t.
