Go Up Go Down

Greetings again from Minnesota! Weather has been outstanding and the Thunting has been pretty good! Tried some new locations and even made an expedition to a Minnesota Ghost town with the boys!
The town is called Harliss, Mn and I think we found it...or close.After a week of research, we headed south towards RedWing and drove off the main Hwy 61. Way too thick to find any foundations and such, but found the old main road with 3 old bridges thru the woods crossing the river. We decided to return in the Fall, leaves should be down, ticks will be gone and maybe be able to see better in the woods. Any hints/tips from the group is VERY welcome!
Also hit a bunch more parks and a beach...not much at the beach but the parks turned out much loot!
Have a look at what we found, I'm really stoked on this ghost town stuff! Cheesy

Everyone have a great week! Detecting

Wow, looks like you got a good haul there!! I don't know of any ghost towns around here....I don't think.  I think it would be fun to explore one, especially one with buildings still standing!! Thanks for sharing. Wink

Nice job researching! That is the only good thing about late fall/early winter is foundations will begin to appear!

capnrich;

That creek, under the bridge, should be down, too!

Research is just as important as the type of detector that you use. Sometimes the detector in your head can be just as good as the one in your hands.

Nice work and thanks for posting the great photos.

Cheers,

Mike
