Went out with my 2 best mates Andy and David to a spot i had found a few years ago, this spot is a WOW factor, and has produced near to 2 hundred  pre-decimal coins and is still spitting them out.
Today David made us look like amateurs he found 23 pre-decimals both copper and silver, Andy ended up with 10 penny's and halfpenny's and i came in last with 6 copper and 1 silver.
Great day,but it got to hot to swing the detectors around 11am,next time will get out a couple of hrs earlier...

        Cheers Raoul

Well done! I was down your way on Saturday afternoon for a 70th birthday party. Secret Harbour. Lots of new stuff down that way. I was really shocked by the new development.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Enjoyed looking at the finds - no doubt a great time with pals. Congrats on finding such a sweet spot. Sue
