Go Up Go Down

Just a few hours at Alki Beach park in Seattle.
Found my first ring - junk toe ring
Found my first dollar - Susan B Anthony
Found a Brinks combination knob - still looking for safe
Found my first wheat - 1944 D
A good day, I'll be back looking for more goodies (and the safe)

I'm hoping my attachments will show up, message says they are too big, and preview doesn't show them.  I guess I need to look up info on adding pictures.
Thanks for looking.

Go Up Go Down

I figured Alki would be the most hunted beach in the state.
Looks like you did OK!
I've got a few spots that I wouldn't mind teaming up with another detectorist to compare notes, detectors and technique.
Most of the areas where I've found older coins are also heavily littered with trash, so another detector would be welcome to compare "trash" hits. I was going to check out Golden Gardens eventually.
PM me if interested.
