well did manage to get out for 2hours last night, mind you it was raining cats and dogs and it was muddy, what a crap start to the summer, did not find much, hit a park which had been refilled with WWII rubble, full of Iorn and bits of copper and zink....hard work, did find a door plate with the street name on it, from one of the house blocks that was bombed,a few modern coins and one 10reich pfenning 1896,thats the problem with some of the older parks here,,,,,all filled in, will try some where new to night, and let yous know if any thing interesting shows up

the problem is gambol, these rubble fill in sites are full of trash and the detector goes mental, you just cant work them,I try to avoid them, you see a real nice old area of a park and think thats it,untill you switch your detector on Thumbs Down, but thats the way it goes,

I see, I have a site I work occasionally that is just like that. It was lived on from 1889 to 1945 or so and then it was a trash dump I guess. Lots of good things have been found there but only 1 dig out of 50 yeilds anything good. I've taken to seiving in this area. Not as exciting as detecting but the yeild is just as good.

Nice digs, even though coins that you find there may be modern, they are still neat to see from someone from another country that never see others foreign currency. Thanks for posting!"congrats on your finds and hope you find cool stuff in the future hunts!" Detecting
