   That's interesting....i thought the sterotypical dowsing was part of the past until i heard that people were doing map dowsing, and that dowsing with rods was still in full swing.  thanks for all the good information

The tootsie toy car is a good find those are hard to come now days. I had a few of those when I was a kid.

Hi Toleary,
Just like B A said this period was 1600 ish, the foundations were "maybe" from that period I personally dug two copper coins from GEO III from around the exposed brick foundation, I remember the skeleton of a cat was also found, nothing special as I can recall, but you know what they say about Archies wellington boots "they are really deep".
This guy was the real deal though I don't think there was anything to indicate the existance of these foundations...........HD,.........Johnnn

    Tahnk you for all of your experiences and information, I was trying to explain dowsing and stuff like that to someone the other day and used your story to explain the theory behind it.  I see you're from Canada?  I was up there in Victoria in August of last year, it was beautiful.
