Well almost the same story as last weekend! back to the same spot with the same mates, only difference this time i decided to use the small 4x6 coil and wow what a killer it turned out.
I ended up with 22 pre-decimals 1 1929 Centenary of W.A. coin 1 old brass kids ring and another couple of relics.
David ended up the same as last week 23 pre-decimals and Andy also ended up with 10 pre-decimals   also the same as last week.
Yep this spot never ceases to amaze me with the coins it turns up....

                             Cheers Raoul

One question. What machine are you using. I have been considering a 4" coil too. How does it compare to a regular one?

Hi Sue, thank you for the comment. Cyberborikua OK the 4x6 is ideal for really trashy areas where's if you use the 10x6 there  it will not see the good target or overloads on a target! the 4x6 being smaller will be able to separate the junk from the good target...to give you an idea of it,last week i went to the same spot with the 10x6 and only pulled out 7 pre-decimals, using the smaller coil and going over the same ground i was able to find another 22 pre-decimals so there judge for yourself....

                                     Cheers Raoul

Nice finds, Raoul.......definitely can't beat a small coil in some areas ---and fortunately carrying one as a spare isn't too difficult even if you're going to a place for the first time.
