Go Up Go Down

Just got back from North Carolina, stayed in a hotel built in 1937 which is being renovated. The owner gave me permission to go over the grounds. I found a pound of clad and a few trinkets and a dog tag from 1956, One silver dime from 1921. Most of the stuff came from an area where hotel guests played horse shoes and shuffle board back some years before. Also went over the city park where the fireworks were held. Found some of clad there. Some was fresh.

If your finding stuff like that, you know your machine and it's talking to ya.

Hit it again if you ever have a chance.

Homefire, left it on discrimination the whole time. I was short of time and just scanned the areas. I know I would have found more had I slowed down in all metal mode and used the small coil in the junky areas...I found out from the owner in 1974 it was resodded. That usually means they come in and scoop out the grass before putting down the sod. the old coins probably went with the grass.
