thanks sammygirl ive been trying to concentrate on homes rather than parks so id have a better chance of finding older coins last year i tried to search my local parks but only came up with clad change and no wheats or silver i live in a small city and i believe everyone hits the parks when they get a metal detector so private homes are more likely to have older coins i would like to thank you for the reply and wish you luck in your future hunts may all your finds be silver and gold
thanks for the reply kesexx most of my finds were about 4 to 5 inches deep which i was surprised they were that close to the surface but it made locating them easier and quicker to move on to the next target have you been out lately and if so what finds have you made thanks again for the reply and may all your finds be silver and gold
