Made my goal of 135 silver with a cool 3.5 hour hunt.  Was hoping to chip away at the 7 silver I needed to hit yearly goal and blew by that with a couple of silver pocket spills.  Metal detecting is like fishing, you don't have to go to the other side of the lake to catch fish.  I was finishing up my hunt 3 silver short of my goal and I decided to hunt around the area I park my car.  Almost immediately I found a silver Rosie so I decided to hunt a little longer.  I ended up with 8 silver there with a 3 dime pocket spill (1Merc & 2 Rosies) and a Rosie, War Nickel & Re. Nickel spill.  Funny spot though, I found a 3' deep 36D Buffalo fairly close to a deeper memorial penny and a couple of clad quarters.  You definitely never know whats going to show up there.  Weather is a little wet so this may be the last hunt for a few days.  Wisconsindigger
