Hi all,
got out on Sunday, -7 degrees but wrapped up well and had a great day in the bush the battery in my camera went dead on me "forgot to charge it"
so all pics are from my house.
Had a variety of items quite pleased with one, Victorian "swagger stick" end from the "Royal Canadian reg" in beautiful condition this is my third from this location, a enamel cup WW1 era, a spoon from the same era two nice older Canadian coins, a bunch of "tooth paste caps" the logo on one is clear and I was wondering whose make it was??, an unusual clay pipe stem with some numbers on it "bowl was missing" , also a RCR badge which is the centre of the badge the rest was not found, a military item from 1873 which looks like a "tool" of some kind made of brass and steel, two musket balls 1812 and a couple of silver coins........The green plastic disc was given to us by someone dressed up as a "Leprechaun" at the small cafe we had breakfast other side says "be lucky" and we WUZ...........HH...johnnn
