Carnival Cruise Ship Ordered Held in Texas in Shipwreck Suit

A Carnival Corp. (CCL) cruise ship was ordered held in a Texas port by a U.S. judge in a $10 million lawsuit filed by the family of a German tourist who died aboard the Costa Concordia shipwreck off the coast of Italy.

Looks like it would be harder to get money if you make the cruise line lose business. And why make that particular ship stay in port? Thanks for the post

Well as some of you know I work at the port of Galveston and the  Triumph unloaded at 7am reload 3000 passengers  and sailed at 4 pm on time. Guess it did not work.

I only work 3 or 4 months a year to keep my insurance and retirement up would rather be hunting or researching you know. But let me know next time your in town.
