Treasure hunter Forrest Fenn: 'I love mysteries'

For more than a decade, he packed and repacked his treasure chest, sprinkling in gold dust and adding hundreds of rare gold coins and gold nuggets. Pre-Columbian animal figures went in, along with prehistoric “mirrors” of hammered gold, ancient Chinese faces carved from jade and antique jewelry with rubies and emeralds.

Being more then 400 miles from the starting point, I do not have the Resources or Means to look.

I do Not Think it is in Colorado.   It's some place in the Open.  Hidden in Plane Open Sight.

Maybe behind the Third rock of a Well traveled trail people alway just walk past.

The Guy is Dieing  and can't take it with him.    He is the Man.

He Gave you all a Game that could end in the Morning or Go On for Years.

My bet is some little kid going behind some rock to wizz is the one that will find it.

LOL !      He stated it would be some place a 70 year old man could carry a 40lb chest.

Hell I'm 55 and that would not be too fare. Grin

Go Up Go Down

The Thrill Of The Chase Poem

As I have gone alone in there

And with my treasures bold,

I can keep my secret where,

And hint of riches new and old.

Begin it where warm waters halt

And take it in the canyon down,

Not far, but too far to walk.

Put in below the home of Brown.

From there its no place for the meek,

The end is drawing ever nigh;

Therell be no paddle up your creek,

Just heavy loads and water high.

If youve been wise and found the blaze,

Look quickly down, your quest to cease

But tarry scant with marvel gaze,

Just take the chest and go in peace.

So why is it that I must go

And leave my trove for all to seek?

The answers I already know

Ive done it tired, and now Im weak

So hear me all and listen good,

Your effort will be worth the cold.

If you are brave and in the wood

I give you title to the gold
