He is Obviously a Terrorist type.   Finding WWII crap.   They found German Bombs about two a month in London while I was there.  No one called the people that found them a Public Nuisance.  When they Blew the thing up they Probably used three times the Explosives to do it then it Contained.  LOL   When Stationed at RAF Uxbridge a Lieutenant left his briefcase buy his car going to work.  The MOD Blew it up Damaging his car beyond repair along with his Lunch and some Personal Paperwork.   No one bothered to ask if it belonged to anyone in the the shop that the Parking lot Serviced.
